MDF Sealants is a family-owned and operated business developed by Michael D. Foley. Mike has 40 years of experience in the trade – which includes 30 years as owner and President of MDF, Inc. We place a very high value on the satisfaction of our commercial, industrial, institutional and residential clients.

We have the expertise to advise you on the many caulking and sealant options that are available to meet the demands of your specifications. Our skilled installers are trained and certified in handling all the materials used at your job site.
Safety is a top priority and we are very careful to make sure that your project is accident-free. Our installers are Local 21 Union workers who are thoroughly trained and fully certified in staging and aerial lift operations. We meet and exceed all OSHA requirements and we review our safety procedures regularly.
MDF Sealants is certified in the installation of Dow Corning, GE Silicones, Tremco and Sonneborn caulks as well as Chem-Trete and WR Grace waterproofing sealants. We have the distinction of being the first choice for hundreds of major building projects throughout the Chicago area. Most recently we were selected over several other caulking contractors to work on the new Modern Wing of the renowned Art Institute of Chicago.
